A Monstro ninja is an individual that is dedicated not only to the sport of Ninja, but to becoming the best versions of themselves they can be. A Ninja whos record speak for itself. A ninja that believes in us as much as we believe in them.
Abby was a gymnast for 20 years, and a track and field athlete for 12 years. She competed in both sports at the college level and was the 2015 national balance beam champion. Abby started training ninja/obstacle course racing in 2016, about a year and a half after graduating college and retiring from gymnastics. In 2017 she competed and placed top 15 in the professional division at the Obstacle Course Racing World Championships. She has competed in the past 3 seasons of National Ninja League finals along with competing in the past 2 seasons on American Ninja Warrior. In season 9 she competed in the Cleveland city qualifiers and season 10 competed in the Minneapolis city qualifiers, city finals, and stage 1 Vegas finals. Abby was the only female to hit a buzzer in Minneapolis city qualifiers.
Prior to Ninja Warrior, Joe was an NCAA gymnast who specialized in High Bar and Parallel bars. Once he graduated college and retired from gymnastics he moved on to Ninja Warrior/Obstacle course training. Within his first year of training, Joe competed in the professional division at the 2017 Obstacle Course Racing World Championships. He has qualified and competed in the past 2 seasons of the National Ninja League World Finals, advancing to stage 2 in the season 3 finals. Although he hasn’t competed on American Ninja Warrior yet, Joe has course tested for Seasons 9 and 10 where in season 10 he was named top tester in 3 different cities.
